About the Project

Brave Particle engineered bespoke wireless and ethernet hardware modules capable of capturing data across the full range of factory variables — energy consumption, water and gas usage, steam, temperature, humidity, vibration, production counters, and electric meters. Actuators were also deployed to automate key processes directly from the platform.

Beyond monitoring, the system enabled production planning, predictive maintenance, and early fault detection. Operators could track machine status, downtime, and stoppage reasons in real time. Ecological traceability — mapping resource consumption across the production chain — was also made possible.

From the oldest machine on the floor to the newest, everything became visible, measurable, and actionable.
