Uniforms
Institutional & Public Service Uniforms

Institutional uniforms,
to specification and to tender.

Brave Particle designs, develops and manufactures ceremonial, office and outerwear uniforms for public institutions, municipalities, universities and protocol teams — built to written specification, produced in certified European factories with Portuguese and Italian fabrics, with the documentation, size sets and replenishment that public procurement requires.

To specification

Every program starts from your written brief and is answered point by point — including the points where we do not fit.

4–6 weeks

From brief to delivery for a new program. Changes to models we have already developed for you: 2–3 weeks.

Made in Europe

EU rules apply at source — REACH, ESPR — with a Digital Product Passport available for every garment.

Roles

Ceremony, counter and street — one institution.

Institutions dress very different days with the same identity: a ceremony, a citizen at the counter, a service team outside. We grade the wardrobe by function without losing the whole.

Ceremonial & protocol

Dress uniform, overcoat, gloves, insignia

Formal construction, embroidered insignia, made to last a decade of ceremonies.

Office uniform

Blazer, trousers or skirt, shirt, knitwear

Daily wear for public-facing services — comfortable, consistent, easy to replenish.

Reception & citizen services

Blazer, knitwear, scarf or tie

The face of the institution at the counter — approachable and recognisable.

Universities & schools

Staff tailoring, ceremonial gowns, hospitality

Staff, events and ceremonies in one coherent wardrobe.

Municipal & cultural services

Jacket, knitted polo, outerwear

Museums, theatres, tourism offices — service teams dressed to the city's identity.

Protection & protocol teams

Suit with technical configurations, overcoat

Formal wear with concealed configurations — developed to specification, under confidentiality.

What Makes It Work

Written specification first.

Public procurement is decided on documents. We answer the specification as written, and we say upfront what we can evidence and what we cannot.

Point-by-point response

Your technical specification answered line by line — fabric, construction, sizes, delivery — with honest exceptions stated before the tender, not after.

Documentation for procurement

Technical data sheets from the mills, a Digital Product Passport per garment, and a clear statement of which approvals a tender requires and which we can evidence.

Insignia & embroidery

Embroidered crests, rank and service insignia, removable and fixed systems — sized and placed to your protocol.

Replenishment across services

Manager accounts per department, size grids for large services, individual replacement of worn pieces — without a central stockroom.

How It Works

Specification, sample, service.

Specification review

We read the tender or brief and answer it point by point — with a proposal where the specification leaves room, and exceptions where it does not.

Prototype and approval sample

Samples produced to specification, fittings with your teams, an approval sample that becomes the reference for production.

Production and replenishment

Certified European factories at the scale of the service; models fixed on the platform for replacement by department, size grid or individual.

New program: 4–6 weeks from brief to delivery. Changes to existing models: 2–3 weeks.
