Uniforms
Premium Retail Uniforms

Retail uniforms
that look like the brand.

Brave Particle designs, develops and manufactures uniforms for luxury retail, jewellery and watch boutiques, premium dealerships and department stores — tailoring, knitwear and overshirts that read as the brand's own collection, produced in certified European factories with Portuguese and Italian fabrics, with per-employee ordering and replenishment as teams change.

Own-collection look

Uniforms that pass as the brand's clothes — same fabrics, buttons and labels as the world on the shelves.

4–6 weeks

From brief to delivery for a new program. Changes to models we have already developed for you: 2–3 weeks.

From 1 piece

Replenishment for a new sales advisor, a new store or a worn knit — produced on demand, no stockroom.

Roles

Shop floor to showroom, one palette.

Premium retail dresses small teams in many locations, with high turnover and higher expectations. The wardrobe has to feel like the brand — and be replaced one piece at a time.

Sales advisors

Blazer, knitwear, trousers or skirt, overshirt

The brand's clothes, without being the brand's clothes — coordinated, not identical.

Boutique reception & concierge

Suit, dress, scarf

Jewellery, watches, luxury fashion: formal, quiet, immaculate.

Dealership showrooms

Blazer, knitted polo, chinos, technical jacket

Showroom to test drive to workshop reception — one palette, three levels of formality.

Department stores & concessions

Knitwear, shirt, tailored trousers

Many concessions, one recognisable staff look, individual replenishment per store.

Visual merchandising & back of house

Overshirt, apron, trousers

Practical and in the palette — the team behind the window dressed like the team in front.

Events & pop-ups

Capsule in size grids

Short-lived teams, predefined sizes, fast turnaround.

What Makes It Work

Designed like a collection, run like a program.

The best retail uniforms are indistinguishable from merchandise — until you look at how they are ordered, sized and replaced.

Designed like a collection

Fabrics, buttons, linings and labels from the same world as the merchandise — your own branding on every piece.

Knitwear and overshirts

The modern retail uniform is knitwear, overshirts and soft tailoring — from our knitwear and jersey lines, developed to your palette.

Individual replenishment

High turnover, many stores: each advisor has a profile with stored sizes and an allowance; the store manager orders and sees everything.

Seasonal rotation

Two drops a year, if you want them — models fixed on the platform, rotated with the collection, nothing produced before it is ordered.

How It Works

Brief, collection, replenish.

Brief and proposal

Send us the brand book, the store concept and the roles. Our designers propose a wardrobe that belongs next to your merchandise; prototypes and fittings until approval.

Your collection, fixed on the platform

Size grids per role, men's and women's fits, your labels. Each store keeps its own manager and reporting.

Replenishment per advisor

When staff join, the store manager orders their pieces from the fixed collection and they are produced on demand, one at a time.

New program: 4–6 weeks from brief to delivery. Changes to existing models: 2–3 weeks.
