Aviation & Mobility Uniforms

Aviation and mobility uniforms,
built for the terminal.

Brave Particle designs, develops and manufactures uniforms for ground services, lounges, rail operators, private aviation and premium mobility brands — structured tailoring and outerwear that hold their line through long shifts, produced in certified European factories with Portuguese and Italian fabrics, with size grids per role and on-demand replenishment as crews change.

Thousands

of wearers per program — across bases, shifts and seasons, on one platform.

4–6 weeks

From brief to delivery for a new program. Changes to models we have already developed for you: 2–3 weeks.

Partner or program

Production partner behind your designer, or the full program from brief to replenishment.

Roles

From the ramp to the lounge, one wardrobe.

Aviation and mobility brands dress dozens of roles in the same livery — and each role has a different day. We design them as one family, graded by function and climate.

Ground services & handling

Blazer, trousers, shirt, technical outer layer

Airside and landside: garments that move, with technical and high-visibility layers where the role requires them.

Lounges & VIP services

Suit, dress or skirt, knitwear, scarf

Front of house at the standard of a luxury hotel — the crew's palette, one level more relaxed.

Rail & platform staff

Structured blazer, trench, trousers, cap

Cold platforms, long hours, the brand in full view — outerwear does the work.

Private aviation & FBOs

Premium tailoring, overcoat, gloves

Small teams, high expectations: made-to-measure by default.

Premium rent-a-car & mobility

Blazer, knitted polo, chinos, light jacket

Counter to car park in one wardrobe — smart, durable, easy to replenish.

Cabin crew programs

Tailoring, dress, outerwear, accessories

As production partner to your designer, or as the full program — size sets, fittings and seasonal rotation.

What Makes It Work

Structure that survives the shift.

A uniform that looks sharp at 6 a.m. and still does at 8 p.m. is a construction problem before it is a design problem.

Tailoring for twelve hours

Canvassed blazers, wool blends with stretch and crease recovery, cuts that allow reaching, lifting and sitting without losing the line.

Outerwear as identity

Trench coats, overcoats and technical shells in the palette — the pieces passengers actually see on a platform or a ramp.

Size grids at scale

Predefined grids per role for speed, made-to-measure for front-line and management, fittings organised per base.

Behind the designer

Airline programs often split a couturier from a manufacturer. We are the second half: size sets, prototypes, production and replenishment that hold in year two.

How It Works

Brief, model, rotate.

Brief — or your designer's sketches

Send us the roles, the bases and the brand — or the tech pack from your design partner. We propose, prototype and fit until approval.

Your model, fixed per base

Size sets per role, men's and women's fits, your branding. Each base or station keeps its own manager and reporting on the platform.

Replenishment as crews rotate

When staff join, the base manager orders their garments from the fixed model and they are produced on demand. Seasonal rotation planned on the platform.

New program: 4–6 weeks from brief to delivery. Changes to existing models: 2–3 weeks.
