Corporate Wardrobe Programs

Not a uniform.
A corporate wardrobe.

Brave Particle designs, develops and manufactures corporate wardrobe programs for banks, insurers, real-estate groups and client-facing corporate teams — blazers, trousers, knitwear, shirts and outerwear combined by role, produced in certified European factories with Portuguese and Italian fabrics, with a per-employee allowance and on-demand replenishment through our platform.

5 pieces

Blazer, trousers or skirt, shirt, knitwear, outerwear — the core of a corporate wardrobe, combined differently by role.

1 allowance

Each employee has a profile, a role and an annual allowance on the platform — and your wardrobe manager orders within it, without a stockroom.

4–6 weeks

From brief to delivery for a new program. Changes to models we have already developed for you: 2–3 weeks.

Who It's For

Companies with many faces to the public.

Wherever a brand meets its customers in person — across dozens of sites, with staff who join and leave every month — a wardrobe program replaces the dress code, the stockroom and the spreadsheet.

Banks with branch networks

Front desk, advisors and branch management dressed as one family — with replenishment that follows headcount, branch by branch.

Insurers & financial advisors

Client-facing teams and agencies with a coordinated wardrobe instead of a dress code nobody interprets the same way.

Premium real estate

Agents and reception teams whose wardrobe carries the brand from the office to the property visit.

Dealerships & showrooms

Sales advisors, reception and after-sales for premium automotive brands — coordinated with the showroom's identity.

Multi-site service groups

Clinics, opticians, coworking, private clubs, funeral groups — many locations, one wardrobe, individual replenishment.

The Wardrobe

One palette, five pieces, a combination per role.

A corporate wardrobe is a system, not a set of outfits. The same pieces, in the same palette, combine differently by function — so the brand reads consistently from the front desk to the boardroom.

Front desk & branch teams

Blazer · trousers or skirt · shirt · knitwear

Approachable and consistent. Knitwear for everyday, blazer for client moments.

Advisors & client-facing

Suit or blazer · shirt · knitwear · coat

One step up in formality for meetings and visits, in the same palette as the branch.

Management

Premium tailoring · shirt · coat

Hierarchy expressed in fabric and construction, not in a different colour.

Allowances & Platform

The dress code becomes a budget per person.

Each employee has a profile on the platform — role, sizes or measurements, and an annual allowance defined by you. Your wardrobe manager orders within it, employee by employee. New hires are equipped in days; worn pieces are replaced one at a time.

Per-employee allowance

Define pieces or budget per role and year. The platform enforces it — no approvals by email.

One responsible person

A wardrobe manager per site or per company orders for the team — nothing is ordered without their approval.

Multi-site reporting

Consumption per site, per role and per person — for finance, HR and procurement, without a spreadsheet.

No central stock

Nothing is produced before it is ordered. No warehouse of sizes, no write-offs when the collection changes.

The Business Case

The same program, read by two directors.
